Shree Vishnu Aarti — Meaning
Om Jai Jagdish Hare is one of the best-loved aartis in Hindu homes and temples, widely attributed to Pandit Shardha Ram Phillauri, who wrote it in the nineteenth century. It praises Vishnu as Jagdish, the Lord of the universe, and asks him for refuge, forgiveness and deeper devotion. It is sung while the lamp is waved at the end of almost any puja, and is often used for other deities too.
